Action
On Sunday I went out and my plan was to walk, but I ended up running 2 minute intervals instead. I did better than I expected but I still feel like I've got a long way to go before I'm "Back on track".
On Tuesday I participated in my first body pump class since spring and now I have muscle soreness in my arms and the back of my thighs even though I used lighter weights so my strenght have decreased a lot. Today I'm going to participate in my first spinning class since spring.
I have started to knit mittens and I've also started to make a jewelery tree.
